All prices displayed on lijora.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices and applicable taxes may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Lijora reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory availability, or other necessary circumstances.
If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Lijora does not store complete payment card information.
6. Shipping
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.
Lijora currently ships orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Our order processing hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time (CT), excluding U.S. public holidays.
The estimated transit time after shipment is 2–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time, including order processing and transit, is approximately 3–7 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control. We do not currently offer guaranteed overnight or expedited shipping as a standard checkout option.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Eligible returns may include new or lightly used products, subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Lijora covers return shipping costs for approved returns, including returns requested for personal reasons. No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
Product exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability and return approval. Lijora covers applicable return shipping costs for approved exchanges.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned product has been received and the refund has been approved. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Please contact our customer support team before returning a product. After approval, we will provide the return shipping address and return instructions.
